Laminated Pouches & Bag Making Unit:

Rotogravure Printing Machine : We have C Trivedi & Co.'s printing machine, with ARC ( Auto Registration Control ) system for best quality print impression. We have 4 such machines which are capable of printing upto 9 colours.

Solventless Lamination Machine : We have C Trivedi & Co.'s solvent-less lamination, ensuring optimum quality of coating evenness with in cooperate with world class equipment, sophisticated tension control system to get high quality of coating at high speed. It can successfully laminate various substrates like PET,ALU, MET-PET,LDPE,CPP etc.

Hi-Speed Slitting Machine : We have C Trivedi & Co.'s high-speed slitting machine both central drum type and cantilever type. The design of the machine incorporate the three motor control system & unwind pneumatic brake with load cell feed brake Digital Edge/line guiding to achieve high speed correction.

Pouching Machines : We have multiple pouch and bag making machines from some of the top brands like Speedway Machines Pvt Ltd.. We have in-house capabilities to make standy zipper and 5-side seal pouches. The large number of pouching machines enables us to cater to urgent requirements of our customers.

Printed Sticker Labels Unit:

Die-Cutting Machines : We have 3 high speed die-cutting machines with printing machine. Our high speed die cutting machine is not only the good one, but are the best in the world, our machine's speed can reach 103 meters per minute with perfect stability. It has hot-foiling attachment also which enables us to cater to diverse and ever-changing industry requirements.

Mark Andy UV- Flexo Machine : We have 2 of the world's finest Flexo Printing Machine, namely Mark Andy P3 and E5. The machine is capable of printing upto 8 colours. With precise independent inking and impression, robust die cutting options and production responsive tension control, high-quality labels and film are guaranteed.

Hi-Speed Slitting Machine : We have 4 nos high-speed slitting machines with automatic tension controller which provides spotless finish to our label rolls and ensures that no complaints are there
